System of economic security of oil and gas industry enterprises, its peculiarities and orientation towards digitalization, efficiency, competitiveness and sustainable development

The ongoing transformations of technology, economy and society require the creation of a flexible, effective economic security system at each enterprise of the oil and gas complex. The article considers the main trends, challenges and threats of oil and gas enterprises, establishes the main prerequisites for the active development of an effective economic security system. The concept of the «economic security system of the enterprise» was clarified, its peculiarities of formation and functioning at oil and gas enterprises were determined, the main directions for the development of the economic security system of oil companies were identified: digitalization, «greening», humanization, orientation towards sustainable economic growth and business competitiveness. The main approaches to the formation of the structure of the economic security system of enterprises were classified and a standard structure of the economic security system of oil and gas enterprises was proposed. The author's systematization of methods and tools to ensure economic security of enterprises is presented. Research contributes to the development of the theory and practice of ensuring economic security and sustainable development. Practical application of the presented approach makes it possible to increase efficiency of ensuring economic security in oil and gas industry enterprises.
