Flexible mechanisms for targeted promotion of economic development of EAEU member states: source of vitality of integration education

The publication presents methodological aspects of the development and implementation of flexible mechanisms for targeted assistance to the economic development of the EAEU member states. The legal and organizational framework are described, the need to develop flexible mechanisms is shown. Approaches to understanding flexible mechanisms to promote the economic development of the EAEU member states are disclosed, the possibilities of transferring aspects and tools of flexible corporate strategic management to the sphere of ensuring the priority interests of the strategic development of Eurasian integration are presented. Aspects of the influence of new and latest trends (digitalization and sanctions) on the development of flexible mechanisms for targeted assistance to the economic development of the EAEU member states were considered. The need to implement flexible mechanisms in contrast with known defects in interstate economic integration is recognized. Practical recommendations on the development and application of flexible mechanisms for targeted assistance to the economic development of the EAEU member states have been proposed. Significant attention in the developed flexible mechanisms is paid to the use of digital tools, as well as the provision of distributed management, monitoring and control, including with the involvement of experts and the public with full representation of all participants in Eurasian integration.
