IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL INVESTMENT IN THE SERVICE SECTOR

The article discusses current issues of assessing the impact of digitalization on the system of social investment in the service sector. Despite the various barriers linked with the digitalization of social investment systems in the service sector, the introduction and dissemination of digital technologies to solve current socio-economic problems and problems of society is an irreversible process, which, in turn, requires adaptation to the conditions of a specific innovation in the service
sector both of the subject of social investment management and of the recipient of services. The authors reveal possible approaches to the typology of digital technologies as to their role and degree of participation in design, operation and development of a system of social investment in the service sector, taking into account both the diversity of the digital solutions themselves and the features of adaptation to a specific industry segment.
