INCLUSIVE «GREEN» ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXTOF ECONOMIC SECURITY

JATS‑XML (OAI)The inclusive «green» economy is introduced in the context of economic security. The
«brown» and «green» economies have been comparatively characterized. Inclusive «green» economy (IGE) is considered as an alternative to the existing dominant economic model – «brown»
economy. A set of stimulating transition factors to the «green» economy is justified. The underlying principles and key strategies for implementing an inclusive «green» economy policy are considered.
