Methodological bases of digital management of safety and efficiency in economy

The paper describes methodological bases for digital management of safety and efficiency in structurally complex systems in the economy, grounded on the knowledge and experience of prominent scientists in economic management. The bases are formulated in the form of event-statements and new knowledge that are common for the management of socio-economic systems. New knowledge and tasks, criteria and management objects are highlighted: administrative structures, three groups of socio-economic systems, processes of a person’s socio-economic life, safe space for living. A structural model of the management system efficiency is given.
