Либерализация валютного регулирования в среднесрочном периоде: оценки и перспективы для России в условиях новых вызовов

This article reveals the key ideas in terms of formulating the directions of liberalization of the national currency legislation. The guidelines were developed taking into account the short-term planning horizon (up to 2025). Also, when formulating the liberalization directions, not only the currency regulation problems, which were actual for the Russian Federation as of the beginning of 2022, but also the problems, which will emerge during 2022, were taken into consideration. The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for the formation of a new currency liberalization strategy for the period up to 2025. Thus, this article reveals the general outline of the action plan to change the relations in the sphere of currency regulation, outlined in the perspective of the next two years. This plan is aimed at achieving the strategic goal of increasing the efficiency, sustainability, reliability and competitiveness of national subjects of economic activity and creating the preconditions for stable economic growth.
