Modern economic conditions in Russia are characterized by an increased need for up-to-date tools that ensure not only the effective functioning of enterprises, but also the economic security of the national economic complex. The desire to increase competitiveness at all levels of government while following the national priorities of the country, one of which is to increase the quality of life of the population, increases interest in the implementation of inclusive practices in domestic enterprises. The development of inclusion requires the attraction of a significant amount of investment funds due to the need to use modern technologies. Restrictions on access to technology, as well as the withdrawal of foreign investors from the Russian market, require the adoption of such measures by domestic enterprises that could combine the implementation of relevant solutions with cost rationalization, including the tasks of implementing inclusive practices. The purpose of the work is to find and substantiate provisions that make it possible to classify inclusive practices as progressive in order to form effective solutions for business involvement in the process of their implementation. Methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, and measurement have been applied in the work. The results achieved are based on the validity of proposals aimed at increasing business interest in the implementation of inclusive practices. The results obtained will be able to complement the established practice of developing inclusion in the activities of domestic enterprises.
