Monitoring of personnel security of the state during the economy digitalization

In the conditions of expansion of the real economic space due to digital interactions of subjects, the solution of personnel security problem is extremely urgent. The article considers the current trends in the development of the personnel sphere, analyzes the statistics of graduates employment in the form of enlarged groups of specialties, identifies factors contributing to the emergence of threats to the personnel security of the Russian Federation, which is essential in the formation of the educational component of the economic security policy. Authors concluded that it is necessary to develop the indicator system that reflects the level of staffing in the region, taking into account staff’s real qualifications and competence. The authors propose for further research a set of indicators of the personnel sphere in the coordinates "regions-universities-specialties", designed to identify rips in the staffing of regions in the economic space of Russian Federation at the stage of digitalization.
