Problems of development of the methodology of estimation of perspective projects of transport development in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the problems associated with the development of a decision support system for the management of the transport complex of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the development and application of methodologies for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of projects for the development of the transport system proposed for implementation. The rationale for using this methodology from the point of view of its application for assessing the economic effectiveness of prospective transport development projects in terms of the use of public resources and the effects obtained by the region and the state as a whole as a result of the implementation of the decisions made and the impact of the transport development projects on the economic security of the region . Issues are discussed from the point of view of the Executive authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
