Transformation of key competencies of trade enterprises in the conditions of digitalization

JATS‑XML (OAI)The article considers the directions, problems and results of digital solutions implementation at trade enterprises. It is shown that digitalization in trade is caused by the emergence of a new type of resource – a large amount of specific information about the subjects of trade activity. Features of formation of intellectual capital of the trade enterprise at stages of a life cycle are considered. The elements of intellectual capital, which received an impetus to development due to digitalization, are specified. The method of estimation of efficiency of investments in intellectual capital of the enterprise which is based on the combined estimation of elements of intellectual capital with use of techniques CIV and MVAIC, and also taking into account a stage of a life cycle of the trade enterprise is offered.
