State policy of innovative activity stimulation and its adaptation in modern conditions

The article analyzes the essence and content of the state policy of stimulating the innovative activity of business entities and considers the main methods and approaches to its implementation. On the basis of the study, the authors prove that the most promising form of support for innovative activity in modern conditions is an adapted stimulating policy. It reflects the most important trends in global development and allows us to take into account the individual conditions and specifics of innovation processes in selected countries and their associations. According to the authors, adapted policy for stimulating innovation activity will be the most demanded in the group of developing countries, by force of the tasks facing their economic systems during the formation of innovation-oriented industries and spheres of activity.
