Many of the largest economies have flourished based on the extraction, consumption, and export of fossil fuels. However, the proliferation of new low-carbon and energy-efficient technologies, coupled with a sharp rise in the importance of climate policy, is changing the situation. Global demand for fossil fuels is expected to decline significantly in the future, changing the structure and direction of financial flows and leading to market redistribution and price restructuring. The changes have profound implications, including increased uncertainty and volatility in the financial industry, and exacerbated and expanded financial risks. "Green" finance takes into account these restructuring and redistributes financial flows for the energy transition of the economy.
