Risk-free system of economic security of the educational organization

The essence of the risk-free system of economic security of an educational organization as an internal system for organizing activities, protected from internal and external threats, entailing significant risks, damaging its sustainable development in achieving strategic goals, is investigated. The content of economic security is systematically presented using resource-process, system-innovative, integral-competitive, control and management approaches. Threats, risks, economic security measures have been consistently analyzed using a risk-based approach. Allowed violations of tax, budget, criminal, administrative legislation, security of personal data and reliability of reporting are considered as significant risks with a high probability and the degree of their impact with continuous implementation of economic security measures to prevent them, including internal control of reporting, justifications, archiving of arrays, digitalization of disciplines and monitoring of results. The directions of improving the risk-free system of economic security of an educational organization and key performance indicators are indicated.
