GOALS OF HEALTHCARE STAKEHOLDERS IN THE ECONOMIC SUPPORT SYSTEM SECURITY OF THE REGION

Threats to the sustainability of the socio-economic development of the region, formed both at the macroeconomic and territorial levels, leads to the need for an assessment and theoretical justification of the directions for improving the existing mechanisms of economic security.

Based on the study of the problems of development and practice of health care financing, the article discusses some financing of the healthcare sector of the Russian Federation and provides an example of the application of a stakeholder approach to their description. The aspects of the implementation of the modern institutional environment of the healthcare sector analyzed in the article suggest the possibility of coexistence of elements of various economic mechanisms in solving practical problems.

It is shown that on the basis of the use of one of the main categories of system engineering - the «stakeholder» category - it is possible to form a new approach to the description of economic security adequate to the modern challenges of economic security of the region.
