DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF REGIONAL TRANSIT POTENTIAL

It was proved that the effective use of regional transit resource is possible only under the condition of appropriate strategy development, which aims at the creation of conditions and implementation of measures to ensure the development of regional transit potential. The article offers the methodical approaches to the formation of transit potential of a region, which is based on the parameters of speed, cost, service and stability. A sequence of steps of development strategy realization of regional transit potential was offered.
