Logistic concept of innovations in the management of sports organizations

The authors propose an original interpretation of the introduction of the logistics concept of introducing innovations into the personnel management system of sports organizations in the knowledge economy. The emerging innovative economy in Russia is based on knowledge flows. Consequently, the effectiveness of managing any process depends on how effectively the knowledge flows are organized. One of the directions of the organization of knowledge transfer in the process of personnel management of the organization is the introduction of innovative technologies in the work of personnel services on the basis of the methodology of managing the flow processes. In the article the approach of management of personnel streams of the sports organizations on the basis of the theory of logistics (a science about management of movement of resources) is considered.
