JATS‑XML (OAI)The economic system of the market of kraudfinansov only begins to emerge in the Russian Federation. The use of a convenient and legitimate financial tool for organizing crowdinvesting will increase the opportunities for attracting free resources from private and public investors. Financial technologies will help increase the investment potential with the help of such a tool. The article analyzes the market of croudfinancing, the prospects for the development of croudfinances in Russia, in particular kraudinvesting and the possibility of its application in modern economic conditions to support small and medium-sized businesses as an alternative to traditional bank lending. The analytical review of the tools of the market of croud financing is presented. The world and Russian experience of using kraudinvesting is analyzed. The factors preventing its development in Russia, and the main directions of growth are revealed.
