International principles of formation of «green» standards in the strategy of economic security of Russia

The article is devoted to the analysis of problems related to ensuring the energy aspects of the economic security of Russian Federation. The paper concludes that development of alternative generation and power is possible at the expense of alternative energy sources in the housing sector. At the same time, it becomes possible to reorient the released capacities to the industrial sector, which will allow improving the energy supply of the re-industrialization of the domestic economy.
