Regulation of innovation activities Russian high-tech organizations

The article deals with the problems of management of innovative activities of high-tech organizations in the current Russian legislation. The necessity of using modern tools of innovative management, including methods of innovative strategies development of high-tech organizations, effective legal regulation and protection of intellectual rights of developers for the successful Implementation of the strategy of innovative development of the Russian Federation. The object of the study identified the organization of high-tech industries that belong to the growing sectors of the national economy, which have a significant impact on the processes of innovative development. Distribution processes and diffusion of innovations which assume redistribution of socially useful effect between innovation’s creators, producers and consumers are considered. The tools of legal regulation of innovative activity of Russian high-tech organizations are presented. The directions of increase of efficiency of innovative activity within the current legislation are shown.
