Development of measures to improve financial sustainability of the enterprise in the field of electrical supply

The purpose of this paper is a presentation of actions to achieve greater reliability of power supply to customers. The financial reliability of Lenenergo was assessed and conclusions were drawn based on the performed analysis. The necessity of the use of new equipment is proven for the power distribution company; the introduction of wireless automated electricity metering system was estimated. The effect for the company from the introduction of proposals is calculated.
