The development of transportation systems in the new technological way

The article shows the features of the development of transport systems at the present stage. A comparative analysis of the latest technological structures, which suggested that the sixth technological structure is producing and industrial in contrast to the fifth-financial, information and simulation features of the current state of the economy and technology, characteristic of the new technological structure in accordance with the regulatory and legislative documents of the Russian Federation. It is noted that in the sixth technological structure the basis of the organ- ization is the «network» using information and digital service. As an example, the project «Digital railway» is considered. The emphasis is made on the need to change the management approach. The principles of network-centric approach in the implementation of the digital economy in transport systems are analyzed.
