Conceptual approaches to ontological construction of financial theory

The article discusses the concept of financial markets, and includes the study of money and other types of assets, assessment and management of project risks, control and asset management, as well as the science of money management.The author analyzes a number of financial theories that offer both General and specific approaches to explaining the functioning of financial markets. The transformation of the use of mathematical techniques in the analysis of Finance statistics from the descriptive principle to modeling is considered. Market technologies can develop in different ways depending on the circumstances, on the one hand, internal, on the other hand, external innovation, both technical and socio-economic, as well as political and legislative plan. Different priorities arise in the design, theoretical abstraction, regulation and law-making. Financial ontology is gradually gaining universal recognition as a basic condition for the formation of the modern stage of knowledge of Finance, which is based on digitization, networks, big data and machine processes.
