Using of digital technologies and ensuring of the information security in the conext of customs authorities and business interaction as a factor of improving the quality of customs services

The article deals with the use of digital technologies of interaction between the customs service and business in the provision of customs services. The necessity of creating a system of economic security (and information security as its important part) in modern conditions, allowing confronting modern challenges and threats in the information space.The authors conclude that digital services and systems created by the state should be integrated with each other. It is much more comfortable for business to work in conditions in which the systems of state bodies are elements of a single complex.A well-known example of such integration is the current electronic interaction of the customs and tax services. In the future, the creation of a general payment administration mechanism, the basis of which is the introduction of goods traceability systems.Advanced information technologies make it possible to launch and successfully conduct experiments on the labeling of various categories of goods. The result is a «whitewash» of entire market sectors, beneficial to both the state and law-abiding business.
