Use of assessment of the intellectual capital by heads of public organizations

In this work the question of use of methods of estimation of the intellectual capital in public organizations of the Russian Federation is investigated. During studying of the matter is considered several main aspects connected taking into account the intellectual capital at creation of working process: personal competences of the head, frequency of assessment of the intellectual capital, possible consequences and reasons not of performance of objectives by participants of projects.  On the basis of the received indicators the author pays attention to need of detailed and systematic introduction of practice of assessment and accounting of the intellectual capital in public organizations which the activity on a straight line influence development of society of our country.
