Directions of increase of economic efficiency of traffic safety management in railway companies

Economic sustainability of the railway company connected with the organization of effective management of the transport process and involves improving the structure and management of traffic safety. On the basis of the analysis of indicators and assessment of traffic safety at JSC "Uzbekiston Temir Yullari (UTY)" (object of study) the authors identified the following stages of planning as the analysis of indicators of the database and identification of problems, analysis of causes of the identified problems, development of ideas objectives, setting measurable goals, checking the achievement of objectives, developing options for action achieve the goals. For each stage based on the methods of correlation, regression and factor analysis, we developed algorithms for their implementation. The concept of activities with the aim of increasing the economic efficiency of traffic safety management, depending on the method of administration. The functional approach the main focus of the plan is the strengthening of control, while the process approach - regulation of technological processes and improving the skills of production personnel. The authors believe that the implementation in practice of recommendations decision-making to ensure traffic safety is a complex precautionary measure in ensuring a guaranteed level of security, which will improve overall economic efficiency of traffic safety management in the railway company.
