Assessment of banking infrastructure in the conditions of the digital economy

The development of a conceptual framework for banking infrastructure based on the analysis of social network data made it possible to substantiate the need for multi-level use of social networks in relations with clients, building a fundamentally different model for assessing a cross-channel information system. The paper analyzes the main and most important elements underlying digital integration of a cross-channel information system, and also presents a fundamentally new model for creating a cross-channel based on the integration of social networks and customer relationship management. The relationship between the development of a cross-channel and digital competencies is disclosed as an opportunity to involve new knowledge in the development of digitalization of the credit and financial sector. The study substantiates the concept of an economic and mathematical model for assessing a cross-channel information system, which provides information on the change in the level of digital maturity of a financial institution, depending on the quantity and quality of modification of existing banking products and services.
