DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF BUSINESS MODELS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE COMPANY'S MANAGEMENT PROCESS

JATS‑XML (OAI)In the conditions of intensive development of the information society and modern digital technologies, changes in the economic sphere related to the process of digitalization are taking place. The article presents the results of a study to determine the essence of digital business transformation. Although this is a well-known concept, there is no approach to structured digital transformation of the business model. Digital transformation is considered as the process of integrating digital technologies into all aspects of business processes, which entails the need for fundamental changes in the technology of creating new products and services, operations, and culture. The results of this research are conclusions about the benefits and risks for different companies that digital transformation entails, about the main approaches to implementing business models and the main factors of digital transformation of business models.
