ABOUT SOME PROBLEMS OF CREATION AND FUNCTIONING OF SMALL BUSINESS IN THE ARCTIC TERRITORIES: YOUTH ASPECT

JATS‑XML (OAI)The article reveals the problems of the creation and functioning of small business in the Arctic territories on the example of youth entrepreneurship in the Arkhangelsk region. The legal aspects of this business, existing forms of state support are analyzed. The results of the first study of the development of youth entrepreneurship in the Arkhangelsk region are presented, on the basis of which a number of recommendations for improving youth entrepreneurship are developed.
