The main point of the article is analysis of the tools for strategic planning of transport infrastructure as part of the process of economic digitalization. During the research was studied the passports of development programs, targets in the field of innovative development of transport companies and reports on research. The information presented in these documents gives an idea of the existing methods for assessing the level of innovative development of transport infrastructure, as well as their practical application in planning the strategy of companies and the industry. The result of the analysis was the compilation of a comparative table of methods for assessing the digital improvement of transport and logistics. Existing analysis tools help to objectively monitor the results of implemented innovative changes for the most efficient distribution of investments and making relevant strategic decisions.
