Disclosure of the Possibilities of Using Neural Networks in Optimizing Business Processes of Companies in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry

Rapid progress in the field of artificial intelligence technologies has opened up new opportunities for various industries, including tourism and the hotel business. Neural networks are a powerful tool for solving complex problems faced by the industry. This article discusses the use of neural networks for managing business processes of hospitality industry companies and their impact on improving the quality of customer service, optimizing business processes and stimulating the growth of company revenues. The key business processes of companies in which neural networks are already actively involved are presented and their functions are disclosed, examples of foreign and domestic neural networks are given. The effectiveness of using the chat bot ChatGPT from Openair in the personnel management of a restaurant company is evaluated, the risks and negative consequences of neural networks are disclosed.
