Risk situation management system as a basis for economic security of the enterprise

JATS‑XML (OAI)The necessity of development of an autonomous enterprise risk management system is grounded on management procedures, reimbursement plans and control system, which are designed to meet the demands and requirements of the enterprise, as well as to protect its interests. The risk situation management scheme (RSMS), which contains managerial decisions on the formation of RSMS data bank, diagnosis and risk situation processing, its control and recommendations development to improve the efficiency of risk situation management, is proposed. The key concepts of risk situation management are forecasting of risk situations and prevention of risk event. The possibilities of retrospective, present and prospective analysis of risk situation are considered.
