Цель исследования: рассмотреть динамику рождаемости в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области с 2016 по 2024 гг., выявить факторы, негативно влияющие на нее, а также обобщить меры поддержки рождаемости со стороны государства и роль жилищной политики в этой сфере.
Методология исследования: при проведении исследования авторами систематизируется российская и зарубежная научная литература. Для проведения аналитического исследования взяты официальные данные Федеральной государственной службы статистики. Также используется сравнительный анализ для выявления общих и частных факторов, влияющих на рождаемость в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области.
Результаты исследования: демографическая ситуация является важной темой, поскольку отражает состояние и тенденции не только экономического состояния государства, но и общие вопросы, связанные с населением. Одной из стратегических задач на уровне государства является повышение рождаемости в стране. При этом возникает потребность в обеспечении населения качественным и доступным жильем, все это приводит к необходимости решения проблем, связанных с реализацией социальной жилищной политики. В статье авторы определяют причины снижения рождаемости.
Выводы: на примере Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области рассматривается динамика рождаемости, выявлены факторы, негативно влияющие на нее. В результате проведения исследования, авторами обобщены меры поддержки рождаемости со стороны государства и роль жилищной политики в этой сфере.
The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of the birth rate in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region from 2016 to 2024, identify factors that negatively affect it, and summarize government measures to support the birth rate and the role of housing policy in this area.
Research methodology: during the research, the authors systematize the Russian and foreign scientific literature. The official data of the Federal State Statistics Service was used to conduct the analytical study. Comparative analysis is also used to identify general and specific factors affecting the birth rate in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
Research results: the demographic situation is an important topic, as it reflects the state and trends of not only the economic state of the state, but also general issues related to the population. One of the strategic objectives at the state level is to increase the birth rate in the country. At the same time, there is a need to provide the population with high-quality and affordable housing, all this leads to the need to solve problems related to the implementation of social housing policy. In the article, the authors identify the reasons for the decline in fertility.
Conclusions: using the example of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, the dynamics of the birth rate is considered, and factors that negatively affect it are identified. As a result of the study, the authors summarized measures to support fertility from the state and the role of housing policy in this area.
