Реализация политики импортозамещения в современное время особенно актуальна, поскольку политическая ситуация создает рамки для импорта и экспорта, увеличивающие угрозу экономической безопасности предприятий и страны в целом. В условиях кризисных явлений в экономике вопросы обеспечения финансовой безопасности предприятия не теряют своей актуальности. Представляет интерес и опыт развитых стран, успешно решающих данные вопросы через применение финансовых инструментов воздействия на финансовые процессы в стране и способствующих организации финансовой безопасности. Институты финансовой системы снижают риски направления денежных потоков в теневые сферы экономики и применяют механизмы регулирования финансовых отношений, организация бюджетного финансирования позволяет государству оперативно реагировать на изменения, устойчивость банков обеспечивает безопасность финансового рынка. Институциональное обеспечение финансовой безопасности позволяет создать безопасные условия для экономической деятельности предприятия. Цель статьи – рассмотреть возможности обеспечения одной из составляющих экономической безопасности предприятия, его финансовой безопасности. Методы, применяемые в исследовании: анализ научных источников и статистических данных, обобщение методов оценки финансовой безопасности, экономико-математическое моделирование финансовой безопасности с учетом импортозамещения. В статье говорится о роли финансовой безопасности предприятия в обеспечении его экономической безопасности. Перечислены структурные составляющие финансовой безопасности предприятия. Описаны основные проблемы, связанные с ее обеспечением, предложены пути их решения. Предложена методика оценки финансовой безопасности предприятия, позволяющая проводить ее мониторинг.
The implementation of the import substitution policy in modern times is especially relevant, since the political situation creates a framework for imports and exports that increase the threat to the economic security of enterprises and the country as a whole. In the context of crisis phenomena in the economy, the issues of ensuring financial security of enterprises do not lose their relevance. The experience of developed countries that successfully solve these issues through the use of financial instruments to influence financial processes in the country and contribute to the organization of financial security is also of interest. The institutions of the financial system reduce the risks of directing cash flows to the shadow sectors of the economy and apply mechanisms for regulating financial relations, the organization of budget financing allows the state to quickly respond to changes, the stability of banks ensures the security of the financial market. Institutional financial security allows you to create a safe environment for the economic activity of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to consider the possibility of ensuring one of the components of the economic security of the enterprise, its financial security. Methods used in the study: analysis of scientific sources and statistical data, generalization of methods for assessing financial security, economic and mathematical modeling of financial security, taking into account import substitution. The article talks about the role of the financial security of an enterprise in ensuring its economic security. Structural components of the financial security of the enterprise are listed. The main problems related to its provision are described, ways to solve them are proposed. A methodology for assessing the financial security of an enterprise is proposed, which allows monitoring it.
