The purpose of the work is to study the relationship between investment investments in the Russian economy and financial security. The following tasks are aimed at achieving this goal: analysis of investment sources; assessment of the current state of economic development; research of currently implemented national programs; clarification of the concept of "investment maneuver". The research hypothesis is manifested in a limited number of scientific studies on this topic; in the absence of a well-established methodological framework that allows for a comparison between the volume of investments and financial security, including significant infrastructure and industry projects. Such scientific research methods as analysis and synthesis, classifications, comparisons, and measurements have been used in the work. The achieved results consist in substantiating proposals aimed at improving the level of financial security during the Central Bank of the Russian Federation investment maneuver.
