Проведен всесторонний анализ существующей организационной культуры предприятия общественного питания. Создана и опробована модель организационной культуры, основанной на работах Ф. Харриса и Р. Морана. Сделаны практические выводы о степени влиянии организационной культуры на конкурентоспособность фирмы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study aims to identify the importance of organizational culture for the success of anorganization in the market. There was conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing organizational culture of catering. There was created and tested a model of organizational culture based on the work of F. Harris and R. Moran.
