В статье рассматриваются проблемы совершенствования менеджмента строительных организаций в Китае в условиях нестабильности, ориентированные на повышение их экономической безопасности. В настоящее время в Китае насчитывается более 60 000 строительных предприятий, на которых занято более 38 миллионов человек, и на стадии реализации находится более 980 000 строительных проектов, включая изыскания, проектирование и само строительство. В статье речь идет о деятельности строительных предприятий и существующих проблемах в управлении ими, которые приводят к снижению экономической безопасности. Эти проблемы требуют рассмотрения, постепенного решения и поиска надежного механизма улучшения менеджмента в строительстве, исследования отраслевого макроклимата, который необходимо улучшить, повышения стабильности коллективов и внедрения инноваций. Рекомендовано сделать акцент на проработке бизнес-стратегии внутри предприятия для повышения эффективности и улучшения координации принимаемых решений на разных уровнях управления. Это, по мнению авторов, позволит повысить уровень экономической безопасности строительных предприятий.

The article deals with the problems of improving the management of construction organizations in China in conditions of instability, focused on improving their economic security. At present, there are more than 60,000 construction enterprises in China, employing more than 38 million people, and more than 980,000 construction projects are underway, including survey, design and construction. The article deals with the activities of construction enterprises and the existing problems in their management, which lead to a decrease in economic security. These problems require consideration, gradual solution and search for a reliable mechanism for improving management in construction, researching the industry macroclimate that needs to be improved, increasing the stability of teams and introducing innovations. It is recommended to focus on the development of a business strategy within the enterprise in order to increase efficiency and improve the coordination of decisions made at different levels of management. This, according to the authors, will increase the level of economic security of construction enterprises.
