В статье исследуются меры государственной поддержки малого предпринимательства в условиях кризиса, вызванного новой коронавирусной инфекцией, в ситуации, когда пострадавшими в России оказались практически все отрасли малого бизнеса. Исследуется эффективность государственных программ, направленных на восстановление и финансовое оздоровление предприятий малого предпринимательства. Сделан вывод о недостаточной эффективности государственных программ помощи малому бизнесу и необходимости их корректировки с использованием института микрофинансирования.

The article examines measures of state support for small businesses in the context of the crisis caused by a new coronavirus infection, in a situation when almost all small business sectors were affected in Russia. The article examines the effectiveness of government programs aimed at the restoration and financial recovery of small businesses. The conclusion is made about the lack of effectiveness of government programs to help small businesses and the need to adjust them using the institution of microfinance.
