В статье на базе новейших данных представлен обзор  влияния пандемии COVID-19 и геостратегических изменений на развитие зеленой экономики. Сделан вывод, что в текущих условиях в России необходимо формирование национально ориентированной модели зеленого роста, способствующей решению ключевых задач национального развития. На базе концепции ESG рассмотрены некоторые направления стратегической трансформации компаний.

This article provides an overview of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and geostrategic changes on the development of a green economy based on the latest data. The conclusion is made that in the current conditions in Russia it is necessary to form a nationally oriented model of "green" growth, contributing to the solution of key tasks of national development. On the basis of the ESG concept, some directions of the strategic transformation of companies are considered.
