В этой связи становится актуальным рассмотрение вопросов оздоровления бизнеса на фоне неблагоприятных экономических и политических условий. В статье представлен новый подход к организации российского бизнеса, связанный с необходимостью принимать болезненный выбор в ситуации на грани разорения или банкротства, то есть в точке «ноль»: смириться с банкротством либо выбрать сложный и длинный путь финансового оздоровления бизнеса, восстанавливать развалившийся бизнес либо открывать новый. Анализируя ситуацию массового банкротства бизнеса в последние два года и используя опыт группы компаний «САЛЮС», авторы предложили механизм оздоровления бизнеса, используя исключительно нормы права и общественный контроль, который заключается в создании систем путем системного синтеза государства, бизнеса, науки и общества на условиях экономически эффективных хозрасчетных моделей, отвечающих текущим вызовам и не противоречащих общемировым трендам. Предлагаемая в исследовании модель будет способствовать развитию и расширению интеграционных процессов на пространстве ЕАЭС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In modern conditions, under the influence of uncertainty and risk factors, there is a need to make informed strategically important decisions both at the level of the entire state and at the level of companies. In this regard, it becomes relevant to consider the issues of business improvement against the background of unfavorable economic and political conditions. The article presents a new approach to the organization of Russian business, associated with the need to make a painful choice in a situation on the verge of ruin or bankruptcy, that is, at the point of «zero»: accept bankruptcy or choose a complex and long path of financial recovery of the business, to restore the collapsed business or to open a new one. Analyzing the situation of mass bankruptcy of business in the last two years and using the experience of the «SALUS» group of companies, the authors proposed a mechanism for business recovery, using exclusively the rule of law and public control, which is to create systems through the systemic synthesis of the state, business, science and society on the conditions of cost-effective self-sustaining models that meet current challenges and do not contradict global trends.
