В даннойработе предлагается применение SWOT-анализа для выявления характеристик элементовцифровизации. После выявления потенциальных угроз для процесса цифровизации прово-дится оценка рисков с использованием метода FMEA. Происходит ранжирование и выделя-ются наиболее приоритетные для решения риски. Предлагаются варианты снижения риска.По результатам работы было выявлено три наиболее опасных риска с RPN от 50 до 200  не-правомерное использование внутренних данных, пагубное влияние 5G, внешние атаки. Риск«внешние атаки» имеет наивысшую степень опасности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To highlight priority risks for digitalization of railway transport using SWOT and FMEAanalysis. This paper proposes the use of SWOT analysis to identify the characteristics of digitaliza53tion elements. After identifying potential threats to the digitalization process, a risk assessment iscarried out using the FMEA method. The ranking takes place and the most priority risks for solvingare highlighted.
