Представлен экспресс-анализ состояния экономики Европейского союза в условиях пандемии; концепта «финансовая безопасность»; выявлены современные вызовы и риски в финансовой сфере; выявлено недостаточное внимание к финансовым аспектам по отдельным направлениям экономического развития; проанализировано современное состояние банковской сферы; выявлена низкая эффективность отдельных банковских инструментов, а также необходимость в большей мере учитывать состояние геополитической среды, состояние мировой финансовой системы и международных отношений в банковской системе.
The article presents a brief analysis of the economic state of the European Union economy in the context of the pandemic; the concept of «financial security»; reveals current challenges and risks in the financial sphere; reveals insufficient attention to financial aspects in certain areas of economic growth. The paper depicts the contemporary situation in the banking sphere, reveals the low efficiency of certain banking instruments, as well as the need to take more account of the state of the geopolitical environment; the state of the global financial system and international relations in the banking system as well.
