Статья посвящена анализу новых рисков, которые свойственны банковскому секторув условиях трансформации источников дохода при финансировании «зеленой» экономики, вусловиях объективной неизбежности внедрения в отраслевые стандарты ведения банковско-го бизнеса ограничивающих факторов экологического, социального и управленческого свой-ства. Критерии выбора решений для финансового бизнеса, вытекающие из ЦУР ООН, ужезакреплены в программах и добровольных кодексах институциональных инвесторов и ока-зывают растущее влияние на банковский сектор, в том числе в сфере инвестиционной актив-ности. В статье обосновывается необходимость оценки переходных рисков при финансовомобслуживании клиентов и создания экспертной инфраструктуры для оценки соответствияинвестиционных проектов и самих банков новым «зеленым» критериям, что способствуетстабильному развитию банковской системы в интересах национальной экономики
The article is devoted to the analysis of new risks that are deals with banking sector in theconditions of transformation of income sources in the financing of the «green» economy, in the129conditions of the objective inevitability of introducing environmental, social and managerial goalfactors into the sectoral standards of banking business. The criteria for choosing solutions for financialbusinesses that follow from the UN SDG are already enshrined in the programs and voluntarycodex of institutional investors, and have a growing impact on the banking sector, including in thefield of investment activity. The article substantiates the need to assess the transition risks in thefinancial service of clients, and to create an expert infrastructure to assess the compliance of investmentprojects and banks themselves with the new «green» criteria, which contributes to the stabledevelopment of the banking system in the interests of the national economy.
