Методы. Исследование опирается на статистический анализ данных Росстата за 2015–2024 гг. по 14 субъектам ПФО, расчет интегрального индекса инновационного потенциала (IIP) и эконометрическое моделирование (множественная линейная регрессия) для оценки влияния межрегиональной кооперации на объем инновационной продукции. Результаты. В статье обосновывается концепция инновационного гиперкластера как сетевой макрорегиональной структуры, обеспечивающей интеграцию инновационно-активных и инновационно-периферийных регионов. Выявлена устойчивая дифференциация регионов ПФО: выделены инновационные ядра (Татарстан, Нижегородская и Самарская области), технологические узлы (Башкортостан, Пермский край) и инновационная периферия (другие регионы ПФО). Предложена структурно-функциональная модель гиперкластера, включающая координационный центр, сквозные технологические цепочки и единую цифровую платформу. Структурно-функциональная модель гиперкластера, включает три иерархических уровня и систему институциональных механизмов интеграции. Эконометрический анализ также подтвердил значимое влияние межрегиональной кооперации. Выводы. Предложенная модель позволяет снизить инновационную поляризацию, расширить диффузию инновационных технологий и интегрировать инновационное пространство Приволжского федерального округа как макрорегиона.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of this study is to develop mechanisms for the spatial integration of innovation‑active and innovation‑peripheral regions based on the concept of an «innovation hypercluster» (using the Volga Federal District as a case study).
