В статье рассматривается проблематика современного этапа развития экономики России, связанного с цифровизацией деловых процессов. Цифровизация порождает ряд проблем, в том числе связанных с эффективностью трудовых ресурсов. В частности, цифровые компетенции в современных условиях рассматриваются как обязательные для усвоения всеми гражданами. Целью исследования является выявление взаимосвязей между цифровизацией экономики и трудовыми ресурсами. Для достижения этой цели авторами раскрыты возможные негативные последствия цифровизации (позитивные последствия очевидны и детально описаны в многочисленных источниках, поэтому не рассматривались) и предложены способы их преодоления. Выполненный анализ позволяет утверждать, что одним из факторов, сдерживающих цифровизацию социально-экономических процессов в России, является недостаточная цифровая компетентность трудовых ресурсов. Для решения этой проблемы предложено изменение подходов к осуществлению образовательной деятельности как в рамках собственно системы образования, так и при внутрифирменном обучении. Рекомендовано сделать акцент именно на внутрифирменном обучении, так как лишь оно позволяет сформировать те цифровые компетенции, которые могут быть отнесены к специфическим активам, повышающим конкурентоспособность и предприятий, и трудовых ресурсов.
The article deals with the problems of the current stage of development of the Russian economy, associated with the digitalization of business processes. Digitalization gives rise to a number of problems, including those related to the efficiency of labor resources. In particular, digital competencies in modern conditions are considered as obligatory for mastering by all citizens. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the digitalization of the economy and labor resources. To achieve this goal, the authors disclosed the possible negative consequences of digitalization (the positive consequences are obvious and described in detail in numerous sources, therefore they were not considered), and ways to overcome them were proposed. The performed analysis suggests that one of the factors hindering the digitalization of socio-economic processes in Russia is the lack of digital competence of labor resources. To solve this problem, it is proposed to change approaches to the implementation of educational activities both within the framework of the education system itself and in-house training. It is recommended to focus specifically on in-house training, since only it allows the formation of those digital competencies that can be attributed to specific assets that increase the competitiveness of both enterprises and labor resources.
