Задача оценки состояния социально-экономического развития формируемая на территориальном уровнях, приводит к необходимости оценки и теоретического обоснования результатов реализации действующих механизмов управления экономической безопасностью.

На основе исследования проблем развития и практики финансирования здравоохранения в статье рассматриваются некоторые результаты реализации экономических механизмов сферы здравоохранения и приводится оценка их текущего состояния и влияния на экономическую безопасность Иркутской области. Анализируемые в статье аспекты реализации состояния среды сферы здравоохранения предполагают возможность развития экономических механизмов при решении практических задач сохранения и улучшения состояния экономической безопасности.

Показано, что на основании результатов анализа источников финансирования сферы здравоохранения и способов распределения финансовых ресурсов, направляемых из различных источников на оплату медицинского обслуживания, можно оценить результаты реализации действующих экономических механизмов и предложить возможные направления их трансформации. адекватные современным вызовам и угрозам экономической безопасности региона.

The task of assessing the state of socio-economic development, formed at the territorial levels, leads to the need to evaluate and theoretically substantiate the results of the implementation of existing economic security mechanisms.

Based on a study of development problems and healthcare financing practice, the article discusses some results of the implementation of economic mechanisms in the healthcare sector and assesses their current state and impact on the economic security of the Irkutsk region. The aspects of the implementation of the state of the environment in the healthcare sector analyzed in the article suggest the possibility of developing economic mechanisms in solving practical problems of maintaining and improving the state of economic security.

It is shown that based on the results of the analysis of the sources of financing of the healthcare sector and the methods of distribution of financial resources allocated from various sources to pay for medical care, it is possible to evaluate the results of the implementation of existing economic mechanisms and suggest possible directions for their transformation adequate to modern challenges and threats to the economic regional security.
