Внедрение ESG-политики способствует решению ряда задач обеспечения экономической безопасности в соответствии с действующими документами стратегического планирования. Несмотря на успешную реализацию проектов федерального и регионального уровня, направленных на развитие экологической составляющей устойчивого развития, уровень системной организации внедрения ESG-политики в органах регионального управления недостаточен. Целью статьи является качественная оценка состояния ESG-политики в субъектах РФ и формирование предложений по ее развитию на основе уточнения функций органов регионального управления и бизнеса, способствующих продвижению ESG-политики. Для проведения исследования автором использованы материалы аналитического агентства «Эксперт РА», публикации ученых, исследующих вопросы внедрения ESG-политики, нормативно-правовые документы федерального и регионального уровней. В ходе работы использованы такие методы, как анализ и синтез, сравнение, обобщение. В результате сфорсмированы предложения по корректировке содержания функций отдельных подразделений органов регионального управления для установления адресной ответственности, которая позволит определить ответственных за достижение ключевых показателей эффективности этого процесса.

The implementation of the ESG policy contributes to solving a number of tasks of ensuring economic security in accordance with the current strategic planning documents. Despite the successful implementation of projects at the federal and regional levels aimed at developing the environmental component of sustainable development, the level of systematic organization of the implementation of ESG policy in regional government bodies is insufficient. The purpose of the article is a qualitative assessment of the state of ESG policy in the subjects of the Russian Federation and the formation of proposals for its development based on clarifying the functions of regional government and business bodies that promote ESG policy. To conduct the research, the author used materials from the analytical agency «Expert RA», publications of scientists researching the implementation of ESG policy, regulatory documents at the federal and regional levels. In the course of the work, such methods as analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization were used. As a result, proposals have been formulated to adjust the content of the functions of individual divisions of regional government bodies in order to establish targeted responsibility, which will identify those responsible for achieving key performance indicators of this process.
