Формирование системы управления изменениями в железнодорожной пассажирской организации

The current state and problems of the development of railway passenger transport in Russia make it necessary to carry out significant, qualitatively new transformations that are adequate to the changes taking place in the external environment. This article contains proposals for the formation of the change managing system in the railway passenger organization, defines its structural elements, their content and relationships. The methods of generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis, expert assessments, graphical representation of data, the system approach have been used. The main goal of the company's change management has been defined. The key areas of change management in the organization of railway transport providing passenger transportation services have been identified. The principles of change management in the railway passenger company have been proposed. A graphical model of the change management system in the railway passenger organization has been presented. The implementation of the proposed change management system in the activities of the railway passenger company will allow to create additional competitive advantages and continuously, effectively and efficiently manage changes in the organization to achieve the established strategic goals.
