Сетевые формы реализации программ подготовки инженерных кадров, готовых к инновационной деятельности

In the conditions of formation of innovative economy the role of the engineer is rapidly changing – modern engineer should possess knowledge based on the integral combination of engineering, management and basic business skills. At the same time, the success of economy transition to the path of innovative development strongly depends on the readiness of educational system for sustainable reproduction of personnel able to develop and introduce new technologies and products.

The article presents the principles of the educational project – Interuniversity program of training of engineers for the new economy of Moscow – which is based on the network form of implementation of the educational program of the graduate level requiring cooperation and pooling of resources of leading universities and innovative enterprises. The authors analyze the educational model of the program founded on the well-known "Phystech System", the prerequisites and conditions necessary for its effective functioning; consider approaches to replicating the experience of the implementation of the network project, located in Moscow, to other regions.
