В статье рассматривается сущность понятия «зависимость», его этимологические основы и интерпретация различными учеными данного термина в контексте экономической теории. На основе терминологического анализа в работе представлены свойства объекта, позволяющие идентифицировать его состояние зависимости. Выявляется логико-семантическая связь между понятием «зависимость», в контексте социально-экономических отношений, и социально-экономическими институтами, к которым относятся система товарного хозяйства, система товарно-денежных отношений, включая производство, обмен и потребление в формальной и неформальной формах. Определено свойство социально-экономических институтов формировать систему зависимости от них субъектов экономических отношений. В работе определяется функция денег в современной системе товарно-денежных отношений как инструмент формирования экономической зависимости субъектов отношений. Представлено описание взаимосвязей между участниками товарно-денежных отношений, формирующими экономическое неравенство и зависимость между субъектами экономических отношений, включая взаимосвязь между производителем и распределителем денежных средств, между распределителем денежных средств и заемщиками (юридическими и физическими лицами), между крупными производителями, определяющими цены на основе монопольного положения, олигополии в отраслях, с одной стороны, и потребителями, с другой стороны. На основе анализа нормативно-правовых документов описано формирование системы зависимости производственных предприятий от кредитных учреждений, а также самих кредитных учреждений от ЦБ РФ.
The article discusses the essence of the concept of «dependence», its etymological foundations and the interpretation of various scholars of the term in the context of economic theory. Based on terminology analysis, the work presents the properties of an object that allow you to identify its dependency state. A logical-semantic relationship is revealed between the concept of «dependence», in the context of socio-economic relations, and socio-economic institutions, which include the system of commodity economy, the system of commodity-monetary relations, including production, exchange and consumption in formal and informal forms. The property of socio-economic institutions to form a system of dependence on them by subjects of economic relations has been determined. The publication is presented the function of money in the modern system of commodity-monetary relations as a tool for forming the economic dependence of the subjects of relations. A description is presented of the relationships between participants in commodity-monetary relations that form economic inequality and dependence between the subjects of economic relations, including the relationship between the producer and the distributor of funds, between the distributor of funds and borrowers (legal entities and individuals), between large producers that determine prices based on monopoly position, oligopolies in industries on the one hand, and consumers on the other. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents, the formation of a system of dependence of production enterprises on credit institutions, as well as credit institutions themselves from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, is described.
