Предметом исследования являются особенности финансового анализа. Работа имеетсвоей целью обоснование зависимости объема наличных денежных средств у населения отизменения элементов инфраструктуры. С этой целью предложена новая экономико-математическая модель определения объемов денежной массы для заимствований, которая базируетсяна определении оптимальной величины наличных денежных средств в обращении, а также науровне развития инфраструктуры региона, что позволяет определить степень влияния эмиссиирегиональных облигаций и их объемов на общий уровень социально-экономического развитияреального сектора региональной экономики. Представленный подход может быть востребованрегиональными властями субъектов Федерации для управления имеющимися в распоряжениинаселения наличными денежными средствами и привлечения их с целью расширения применения инструментов регулирования экономического развития, в том числе и на основе государственных инновационных облигаций. При этом предлагается объединить в государственном займе две цели: не только заимствования, но и повышение уровня жизни путем вложениязаимствованных средств в проекты, которые обладают инновационнымхарактером.
The subject of research is the features of financial analysis. The purpose of this workis to justify the dependence of the amount of cash available to the population on changes ininfrastructure elements. For this purpose, a new economic and mathematical model is proposedfor determining the amount of money supply for borrowing, which is based on determining theoptimal amount of cash in circulation, as well as at the level of regional infrastructure development, which allows us to determine the degree of influence of regional bond issues and theirvolumes on the overall level of socio-economic development of the real sector of the regionaleconomy. This approach can be used by the regional authorities of the Russian Federation tomanage the available cash resources of the population and attract them in order to expand theuse of tools for regulating economic development, including on the basis of state innovativebonds. At the same time, it is proposed to combine two goals in the state loan: not only borrowing, but also improving the standard of living by investing borrowed funds in projects thathave an innovative character.
